  • When is my order shipping?

  • Your order will be processed in 2 - 5 business days. We will send you a confirmation when it ships.

  • What is the return policy?

  • We currently only refund items that are an incorrect item or a defective item. We provide exchanges to items that do not fit or are unsatisfactory to our customers. For more information, please refer to our refund policy page


  • What is my size?

  • For sizing inquiries, please refer to our sizing chart


  • Do you have a physical store presence? 

  • We are currently an online-based retail store. However, we are working on providing a physical shopping experience through pop-up presence. Please stay tuned for more information by turning on social media notifications or subscribing to our newsletter!


  • I forgot to apply the discount code, can I do this post checkout?

  • We could simply refund you the difference. Once it is processed, it will show up in the original payment method in 3 to 7 business days.


  • Do I need to pay custom fees?

  • Orders may be subject to custom duties, import taxes and other fees levied by the destination country. All such taxes and fees upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility.


  • What are the payment options available?

  • We accept payments from Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Visa. Currently, Dose does not accept credit cards issued by local banks. 

    You could also use your store credits and gift codes to pay for any orders. The gift codes could be applied to the order on the checkout page. The store credits never expire and could be used with gift codes.
