Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return a product: 

You could send us an email at contact@getthedose.co within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

Dose will provide an exchange or a refund on the item. Once our warehouse receive your returned item, we will deposit the amount to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.

We will provide a free return label for customers looking to exchange an item in Canada. For refunds and international customers outside of Canada, the return shipping fee will be at the expense of the customer. 

Merchandise must be unworn and in the original condition with the original tag on to qualify for refunds or exchanges. Items must be returned with the tags and the original packaging. 

All sale items are final sale.
