Returns & Exchanges
At Dose, we accept refunds only for products that are:
- An incorrect item
- A defective item
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving the item. Dose will provide a replacement or refund on the products with the conditions listed above.
We provide exchanges for items that do not fit or are unsatisfactory to our customers.
The amount will be returned as store credits. Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we receive your returned item, we will deposit the store credit to your account within 5 business days.
For international customers outside of Canada, the return shipping fee will be at the expense of the customer.
Merchandise must be unworn and in the original condition with the original tag on to qualify for refunds or exchanges.
All sale items are final sale.
